With the collaborative support of the art hub of New Delhi, The Indian Habitat Center and DMRC, the art of Mewar has been able to reach the thousands of people who are on the go all day long! Yes, Mewar’s exclusive exhibition – Long Exposure: The Camera at Udaipur, 1857-1957 is being served to the masses at the Jorbagh metro station. This effort will now enrich many more lives than earlier – national and global. The exhibition is a cultural resource of Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation (MMCF) and comprises of archival photographs of the Maharanas of Mewar dating back to 1857. These photographs have been preserved by MMCF.. The metro exhibition remains open during the metro opening hours and can be seen outside the ticketed area at gate no. 1. This is a one-off chance.
