Lakdi Ki Kathi - An exhibition by Dharohar NGO

Dharohar, a NGO by Ms Nandita Singhal, organizes an exhibition – LAKDI KI KATHI - highlighting a dying craft and preserving memories of childhood at The Manek Chowk, from 06 - 07 November 2012, 10 am to 4 pm A display of 500 horses manufactured by the artisans in Udaipur & painted by school children will be created. Horses will be prepared & a base layer of paint will be added by some volunteers from the artist community & the Dharohar team. Once ready, the Dharohar team will take these horses to schools & give a chance to children also to paint them
