French Soiree, A French Epicurean Journey curated by Chef Eric Geoffroy

The City Palace of Udaipur, the Fateh Prakash Palace - HRH Group of Hotels, Cox and Kings India Ltd, the Champagne Ardenne Tourism Board and Atout France - France Tourism Development Agency organised an exclusive soiree for select members of the media at the elegant City Palace of Udaipur that has been associated closely with France through the official twinning of the magnificent City Palace and the Chateau de Chambord in France.

The French Epicurean Journey curated by Chef Eric Geoffroy from the Champagne region, France (Soiree Organised at The City Palace, Udaipur in collaboration with The City Palace, Udaipur; HRH Group of Hotels, Atout France - France Tourism Development Agency, Champagne Ardenne Tourism Board, Cox and Kings, Laurent Perrier and Wine Park)

A prelude to the popular Gout de/Good France global event that takes place annually in March, the soiree showcased delectable French gastronomy through a specially curated menu designed by Chef Eric Geoffroy from the Champagne region in France along with tourism professionals from the region. The cuisine was paired with exquisite Brut and Rose champagnes by Laurent Perrier and delectable wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux and Rhone Valley handpicked for the evening by Vishal Kadakia, wine connoisseur and owner of Wine Park.

The evening was a fitting occasion for the unveiling of Atout France and Cox and King's specially handcrafted Master chef gastronomy look book highlighting the succinct flavours of French gastronomy found in its different regions and reliving the momentous journey of Chef Shipra Khanna in France.
