Sunday 30th October,
1. Accepting an invitation from Ms. Prathibha Prahlad, festival Director and India Tourism Development Corporation Limited, Shriji attended a performance and reception to celebrate the opening of the 5th Delhi International Arts Festival 2011 at The Banquet Hall, The Ashoka, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. Considered a rare and unique honour, The Dept. of Posts, Ministry of Communications & IT launched a special commemorative envelope of the Delhi International Arts Festival with a special “MY STAMP” of the founder and Festival Director Ms. Prathibha Prahlad that was unveiled by Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur. Shriji addressed the guests with Dr. S.Y Quraishi, Chief Election Commissioner, Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi and Smt. Aruna Vasudev. Artists from 28 countries are performing across 25 locations in the national capital between 31st October to 15th November 2011 bringing an enormous variety and diversity to the platform. The festival is organized by the Prasiddha Foundation, as an annual public-private partnership venture.

Monday 31st October,
1. Accepting an invitation from the Ambassador of Italy and Mrs. Leopoldina Sanfelice di Monteforte and the Defence Attache of Italy and his wife Mrs. Judy Favre, Shriji attended a reception on the auspicious occasion of the Italian National Day and the Italian Armed Forces Day at the residence of the Ambassador of Italy, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

2. Shriji attended a dinner to celebrate the engagement of Aditya, son of Mr. and Mrs. Deepak Talwar and Rashi, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rakesh Nayar at the Hotel Taj Mahal, New Delhi.
