On International Women's Day (March 8, 2026) , the village of Chamari in Uttar Pradesh's Jalaun district witnessed a transformative milestone with the inauguration of the Mata Prasad Pustkalay (Library).

Built by renowned journalist Mr. Saurabh Dwivedi in loving memory of his grandfather, this modern, fully air-conditioned facility is designed to give rural students a quiet study sanctuary and a wealth of resources to prepare for competitive exams.

The grand inauguration ceremony brought together an extraordinary group of visionaries and leaders, including Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Mr. Kailash Satyarthi (Nobel Peace Laureate), Dr. Vikas Divyakirti (Renowned Educator), Dr. Kumar Vishwas (Celebrated Poet), Mr. Zakir Khan (Beloved Comedian & Storyteller) and Ms. Sonali Kulkarni (Acclaimed Actor).

Founded under the aegis of the Desh Raag Sansthan, the library marks a monumental step toward bringing world-class educational infrastructure to underserved rural children. This is just the beginning - the foundation has pledged to build 100 similar libraries across the Bundelkhand region to spark a rural reading revolution.
