Workshop - The stories data tell us MMCF was represented by Ms. Chelsea Santos, Assistant Curator, for British Council's Festival Connections workshop titled The stories data tell us. The session was held on 23 September, 2021 and was especially organized for persons who have previously worked in the space of marketing, audience building, data analytics etc. It covered topics including how to understand who is interested in your festival, who your potential customers or collaborators are, how we can use the data we collect for the future editions of the festival and more! The workshop was facilitated by Abhinav Budhiraja, Anu George, Jonathan Goodacre, and Tulika Yadhav Digital Launch of Visitor Guide on World Tourism Day
To commemorate World Tourism Day, 27th September 2021, The City Palace Museum, Udaipur announced the launch of its Visitor Guide. The Guide is a quick sum up of what visitors can expect at the Museum, with an overview of its collection, spaces and rules. Presently in its digital form, the Guide will soon be available for visitors, free of charge, at Information Desks. The effort was made possible through the financial aid provided by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Download Visitor Guide: World Tourism Day 2021 An Art and Craft Bazzar was exhibited at the Zenana Mahal, The City Palace, Udaipur on 27th September 2021 to celebrate the World Tourism Day. The exhibitors displayed handicraft and colourful traditional art for the visitors. Tourism is a catalyst that drives various industries and livelihood of local artisans. Since the pandemic struck us, tourism has suffered immensely. MMCF has taken this opportunity to provide a platform to the local artisans, musicians and key stakeholders to regain the lost ground through a special event on the occasion of World Tourism Day. |
