Holika Dahan Ceremony 2020

Holi, the festival of colors is one of the most popular of Indian festivals and is celebrated when winter gives way to spring. This year it was celebrated on 09th March 2020.

Palace priest performed the pooja rituals with the mewar family members including Shriji, Smt. Vijayraj Kumari Mewar, Ms. Bhargavi Kumari Mewar, Ms. Padmaja Kumari Parmar, Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Mrs. Nivritti Kumari Mewar, Ms. Lokaviaa Mewar Rathore, Miss. Rohitta Kumari Parmar, Miss. Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar, Miss Chunanda Kumari Parmar and Miss Praneshwari Kumari Mewar. Holika Dahan was performed after Parikrama (Circumambulation) of the holika effigy. Gair dance was performed by the Gairyas.
