International Museum Day - 2018
|
On 18th May 2018, museums all over the world, including the City
Palace Museum celebrated International Museum Day on the theme
suggested by the ICOM'S - International Council of Museums i.e. 'Hyper
connected museums: New approaches, new publics'.

Annual Guide Orientation Lecture Programme
|
Guide Orientation Programme is organized by MMCF with an
objective to create awareness and educate the guides at The City
Palace Museum, Udaipur. In the month of June various lectures were
organized educating the history of Mewar and other topics relating to
environment conservation. This year the programme started on 23rd
April 2018 on World Heritage Day.

International Art Exhibition
|
An International Art Exhibition titled - 'Love to all.....Love to Art' was
Organized by The Art Pivot - A centre for contemporary art and ideas,
Udaipur at Hathi Baithak, Manek Chowk, The City Palace, Udaipur
from 25th May 2018 - 27th May 2018; where 51 Artists from 21
Countries had participated.

Augmented Reality App - AR The City Palace,
Udaipur
|
The City Palace Museum, Udaipur is proud to present the first
Augmented Reality App - 'AR The City Palace, Udaipur'. An
augmented reality app was launched on the occasion of International
Museum Day on 18th May 2018 to help visitors experience the Living
Heritage of Mewar.
