Photoshoot by Mr. Neil Greentree, USA at Textiles and Costumes Gallery On 10th April 2018 Mr. Neil Greentree an expert in Museum Photography and recently retired from Freer-Sackler Gallery of Art, Smithsonian Institution, Washington D.C., was invited to City Palace Museum, Udaipur to do photography for the forthcoming publication 'The Mewar Regalia: Textile, Costumes and Accessories' (tentative). The Photography studio was set up in Bhupal Prakash, where, the collection is temporarily stored. Along with the studio photography, few outdoor shoots had also been carried out under meticulous supervision of Ms. Jyoti Jasol and Ms. Smita Singh, Textile Conservation Consultant. Objects photographed including numerous details of each object under the time frame of fifteen days. Prior to this, the objects were well conserved and preserved by the conservation team Ms. Smita Singh, Mr. Rajiv Paliwal, Ms. Shakshi Gupta, Ms. Garima Sharma, Mr. Ravi Kumar and Mr. Suresh Gameti.
