The conference was attended by over 500 delegates
comprising Mayors and commissioners and other senior
officials from 190 ULSs in the state, Urban Development
Authorities, NGOs, private sector representatives.
The event started with lighting of lamp by Honourable Chief
Minister of Rajasthan, Smt. Vasundhara Raje; Home
Minister Rajasthan Mr. Gulab Chand Kataria, Minister of
Urban Development and Housing and Local Self
Government, GoR Mr. Shrichand Kriplani. Mr. Chandra
Singh Kothari, Mayor, Udaipur and Mr. Arjun Meena,
Member of Parliament from Udaipur were also present for
the occasion.
