Cake Mixing at Palki Khana

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Executive Director, HRH Group of Hotels, was at Palki Khana, Shiv Niwas Palace, involved in the cake mixing ceremony with the confectionery chefs and the kitchen team. This traditional ceremony is a lovely kick-off of the grand Christmas pudding which is still the traditional finale to the British Christmas dinner. It is believed to have originated as early as the 14th century as a 'frumenty' made of beef and mutton with raisins, currants, prunes, wine and spices. Our very own Chef's recipe is a closely guarded secret but those staying at HRH Group of Hotels, Udaipur at Christmas have had the pleasure of tasting this sumptuous pudding.

With the multi-faceted and people's favourite Vickrant Mahajan

Mr. Vickrant Mahajan bestselling author, motivational speaker, actor – filmmaker and multiple Guinness World Record holder called on Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar at Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur.

He became the first person to speak for over 48 hours at a stretch on a single topic, thereby creating his second new Guinness World Record for the Longest Speech.

Mr. Mahajan also visited Maharana Mewar Public School and delivered an inspiring lecture on 'Super Positivity' to the students of the school.
