Rajasthan Day Celebration

On the occasion of Rajasthan Day MMCF offered free entry passes to all students and teachers visiting The City Palace, Udaipur. 981 Students from different institutions visited and enhanced their knowledge about the rich history of Mewar. It really was truly a Happy Rajasthan Day for them and for the City Palace.

Dhund ceremony of Bhanwar Baisa Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar

The Dhund Ceremony of Bhanwar Baisa Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar was held at The Durbar Hall Sabhagaar, Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur, the Royal family members of Udaipur and family associates assembled where Bhanwar Baisa Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar received Badhava of Saropavs from Baijilal Sahiba Bhargavi Kumari Mewar and Kunwar Sahib Shriman Pranayvir Singh Dadwal of Chaunki Patiari.

In the evening the Dhund Ceremony rituals was performed along with Holika Dahan. Her Tilak was performed with Kunwar Sahib Shriman Pranayvir Singh Dadwal of Chaunki Patiari and the Gairyas stood with the long sticks and performed Gair dance. Bhanwar Baisa Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar took the Parikrama of the Holika effigy with Baijilal Sahiba Bhargavi Kumari Mewar and thereafter received gifts.
