Launching campaign Cancer Candy

Accepting an invitation from Dr. Upvan Pandya, Managing Trustee, Sarvodaya Manav Seva Charitable Trust, Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar as a Chief Guest launched the campaign Cancer Candy, a cancer awareness campaign on the World Cancer Day at their trust office at Maharana Pratap Colony, Udaipur. Other guests included Dr. P.C. Jain and Dr. Pradeep Kumawat.

The motive of the Cancer Candy campaign is to make aware the youth against the ill effects of smoking and tobacco.

Flagging off Desert Safari 2015 with a quest to curb social evils

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar flagged of the Desert Safari-2015 Motorcycle Rally along with Brigadier Harsh Vardhan Singh and Mr. Harish Malik, Editorial Chief, Rajasthan Patrika, Udaipur at Eklingghar Army Area, Udaipur. The Rally was organized by The Battle Axe Division of the Indian Army. More than 28 riders including officers, junior commission will travel from Udaipur via Pokharan, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer to border areas motivating youth to join the army. The schools along the way will witness the riders imparting information to the students about the opportunities in army. Other serious social issues such as female feticide and Swach Bharat-Swach Samaj are also the highlights of the rally. The main objective of the rally is to meet former soldiers living near the border areas, motivate youth to join army, spread social message to save girl child, women empowerment and spreading the patriotism among people. The journey will conclude in Jodhpur on 16th February.
