Celebrating Navratri through good deeds
Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar was the Chief Guest at the Surgical Therapy Camp organised by Narayan Sewa Sansthan at Manav Mandir, Sec 4, Udaipur. The event was part of their yearly camp scheduled on the auspicious occasion of Navratri to operate on female patients suffering from polio, free of charge. This year the institution has a target to operate 501 female patients within a span of 9 days of Navratri.
Narayan Seva Sansthan is an NGO established in 1985 by Dr. Kailash Agrawal 'Manav' to treat patients suffering from polio, cerebral palsy and serve the orthopedically handicapped and disabled. The NGO also provides education and vocational training to the disabled and mentally challenged people with proper facilities to develop their potential to the fullest and make them self-dependent. The charitable organisation works closely with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, mentally challenged children, handicapped and individuals.
