Showcasing Kartik Poornima to our guests, responsibly

An event of immense pride for Eternal Mewar, Kartik Poornima 2013 holds a special place next to our hearts and in the calendar of House of Mewar. As much as we like to preserve the tradition of celebrating it, we make all possible efforts to spread it to the world, respectfully and responsibly.

Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation (MMCF) took an initiative on 13th November, the day of the festival, to brief 150 tour guides about Kartik Poornima with correct and relevant details on the festival. This initiative was taken to ensure that the trusted sources of information for our tourist guests - tour guides, give away enough and relevant information without deceiving them. The briefing meeting was held at Lakshmi Chowk, The City Palace, where Mr. Bhupendra Singh Auwa, Deputy Secretary MMCF – Administration, also briefed the tour guides about the Microsite that was developed for Kartik Poornima as a comprehensive source of information on the festival.
