Accepting an invitation from Mr. Prince Vaidyan, President K & K Social Foundation, Shriji attended the First Kerala to Kashmir Annual Awards 2013 at the Hotel Leela, Mumbai as a Chief Guest with Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Union Cabinet Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Govt. of India and Guest of Honour Padmabhushan Capt. Krishnan Nair, Chairman, Leela Group.

K & K Social Foundation (Kashmir to Kerala) is a non profit organisation whose aim is to improve the quality of life for vulnerable sectors of society. Mr. T.K.A. Nair, IAS, Advisor to the Prime Minister of India; Mr. Luxman Radhakrishnan, IAS, Chairman, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust; Renowned Malayalam film star Ms. Sheela and Mr. Madhavan Nair and other dignitaries attended the function.
