2. Chef Surjan Singh Jolly, Executive Chef, Renaissance, Mumbai called on Shriji at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur. Chef Jolly was in Udaipur exploring different culinary techniques for his forthcoming Mewar Food Festival to be held at Nawab Saheb, Renaissance Convention Centre Hotel, Mumbai from the 22nd July. Chef Jolly was given some helpful tips from Shriji on authentic cuisine of Mewar. |
