Official engagements of
Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur

Friday 2nd March,
1. Safar-e-Gulfam, a group of students from the Banihal area of Jammu and Kashmir visited Maharana Mewar Public School, Udaipur where they called on Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur, Trustee, Vidyadan Trust. The group of 23 students and two faculties of the school, under the banner of 'Operation Sadbhawna', was led by Major S.S. Shekhawat of the Indian Army.

The group is visiting different states of India to introduce the diverse culture of each state across the country to the students and to promote National unity and harmony.

Saturday 3rd March,
1. Mr. Mohammad Khalid Qureshi from Mumbai called on Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur at Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur. Mr. Qureshi's mission, to ignite the flame of patriotism was demonstrated by his endeavour to run 1,900 km from Mumbai to Delhi holding the National flag (Tiranga) in his hand and declaring 'I Love my Tiranga'. He reached Udaipur on the 1st March from Ahmedabad via Kherwada Having started his journey on Republic Day, the 26th January, 2012 from the Gateway of India, Mumbai.

On the 5th March Mr. Khalid visited Maharana Mewar Public School, Udaipur where the students presented him with a National flag after he talked to them about the significance of the Tiranga as a symbol of National pride.

Sunday 4th March,
1. Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur visited Shree Ram Temple, Nahargarh, Rishabh Dev as a Chief Guest to attend the religious ceremony of Dasham Patotsav. Mr. Mewar was greeted by Thakur Ganpat Singh Rathore, Chief Managing Trustee of the Shree Ram Temple Management Trust. Mr. Mewar then joined the procession of hundreds of devotees to the temple.

Mr. Mewar joined a meeting organized by the trust members where a devotional audio CD on Kalla ji Rathore was unveiled. The meeting was also attended by the dignitaries and guests including Mr. Raghuveer Singh Meena, Member of Parliament, Udaipur; Mr. Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya, Mr. Dayaram Parmar and Mr. Gajendra Singh Shaktawat, Member, Rajasthan Legislative Assembly.
