Thursday 20th October,
1. Accepting an invitation from Mr. Alain Juppe, Hon'ble Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, France, Shriji attended the book launch of the French edition of 'Ramayana de Valmiki' as Chief Guest at the Ambassador's Residence, New Delhi. H.H. Sadar-i-Riyasat the Maharaja Sahib Dr. Karan Singhji of Jammu and Kashmir, Hon'ble M.P. and President of Council for Cultural Relations was the special guest for the occasion.

Shriji released the book by unveiling the 7 volumes of the Ramayana de Valmiki and addressed the gathering. The book published by Diane de Selliers is richly illustrated with Indian miniatures from the 16th to the 19th century sourced from all over India. Other dignitaries included Mr. François Richier, Ambassador of France to India; Mr. Ashwani Kumar, MoS in the Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Earth Sciences(GoI); Mr. Jean-Marin Schuh, Minister Councillo and Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi, Sr. BJP leader.

2. Accepting an invitation from His Excellency Dr. Ferdinand Maultaschl, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria, Austrian Embassy. Shriji attended a reception on the occasion of the Austrian National Day at Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

Saturday 22nd October,
1. Shriji attended the wedding ceremony of Abhimanyu, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. Buchi Prakashrao and Ishani, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nanda Appaya at Lalitha Mahal Palace, Mysore, Karnataka.

Monday 24th October,
1. Shirji hosted cocktails at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur for Mr. Roberto Aguirre Padilla from Geneva. Mr. Padilla was accompanied by his wife Ms. Monica Eugenia and their children, Monica Natalia, Andrea Sofia and Roberto Gerardo. Smt. Vijayaraj Kumari Mewar of Udaipur, Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur, Miss. Bhuvika Mewar Rathore, Mr. Richard Hanlon and Ms Patricia McFarlane joined guests for the evening.
