Saturday 1st October,
1. Accepting an invitation from Mr. Bhaichand Patel, columnist and writer, Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended a dinner at Mr. Patel's residence at Sujan Singh Park, New Delhi in honour of Lord Noon. The dinner was hosted to celebrate Lord Noon's appointment to the House of Lords in the UK. Lady Noon and other guests were also in Delhi for the dinner.

1. Accepting an invitation from Mr. Jaideep Bose, Editorial Director, The Times of India Group Shriji attended The Times of India Social Impact Awards at The Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. The Social Impact Awards are an endeavour by The Times of India to honour people who work to deliver essential needs in education, healthcare and the environment to improve the livelihood and give empowerment to the lives of the many millions who survive on the fringes of society. The award ceremony was attended by The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh, Mr. Kapil Sibal, Ms. Ambika Soni, Mr. S.Jaipal Reddy from the Government and others from the political fraternity including Mr. L.K. Advani, Ms. Sushma Swaraj, Mr. Sitaram Yechury. Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Mr. Shashi Ruia and many other industrialists were also present on the occasion. The award ceremony was organized in partnership with JP Morgan. Shriji was accompanied by Ms. Vrinda Raje Singh, CEO, Joint Custodianship Initiatives, Eternal Mewar and Ms. Vinita Sharma, Sr. Brand Manager, Eternal Mewar.

1. Shriji hosted dinner at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur for Dr. M.K. Sahib and Rani Sahiba Ranjitsinhji of Wankaner visiting Udaipur with their friends Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bateman. Mr. Bateman presented Shriji with a limited edition of his painting of a tiger printed by The Mill Pond Press Companies, USA.
Smt. Vijayaraj Kumari Mewar of Udaipur and Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur were also present with Mr. Richard Hanlon.
