The procession started at the Gogunda Panchayat Samiti Office and concluded at the coronation ground of Maharana Pratap where prayers were said before a meeting that took place organized by Maharana Pratap Rajtilak Seva Samiti.

Sunday 5th June,
1. Accepting an invitation from Mr. R.K. Jain, Member Secretary, District Environment Committee & Dy. Conservator of Forest, Udaipur (South), Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended a number of events on World Environment Day at Gulab Bagh Garden, Udaipur where he also addressed the gathering.

The day's programme included a Cycle Rally, Road Shows, Theatre performances and a Slogan writing competition that were organized by the District Environment Committee. Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Rotary Club, WWF and other organizations supported the event. Mr. Hemant Gera, District Collector; Ms. Rajni Dangi, Chairman, Municipal Corporation, Udaipur and Prof. I.V. Trivedi, Vice Chancellor, MLSU were also present for the occasion.
